Someone just posted this on the Fiberglass RV Forum:
A couple of days ago, I spoke to Wayne Pitlick (800-346-4962), up at
Scamp Trailers, and he told me that they now have about 5 Scamp 13 ft
stock/inventory trailers available and one 16 foot Scamp.
One or more of the 13 foot trailers apparently have the 54" bed. Some
have bathroom shower packages, some have AC, etc. For a complete
list of trailers, options, and prices, you could call Wayne or (???) at
800-346-4962.
Numbers of 13 and 16 foot stock/inventory trailers may be increasing on
a daily basis. By mid-January, they might have even more Scamp 16 ft
stock/inventory trailers available.
Normally, one must place an order & wait a few months until it can be manufactured.
Also, a down side of the Scamps is the rear beds are very narrow, not a true full bed wide. But with the 13' Scamps, a 54" wide bed can be order as an option, but not in the 16' Scamps. Casitas has more bed sizes & layouts. Perhaps the others I'd listed do as well. Something to look at.
Changing subject: There is always a Floor Length & a Overall Length in hitch towed TTs.
Such as a Lance 1575 the Floor Length is 15'5", but the Overall Length is 19'6"; Lance 1685 is 16'3" & 20'9". Lance 1985 is 18'10" & 23'4".
Small Lance TTs ComparedThe smallest Lance at 19'6" has a full sized queen bed & a huge amount of room with the slide out which none of the other trailers can offer as well, but with a large size, a little over the 18' you are wanting. Also the slide out could allow more cold weather entry. I could be wrong, just my guess.
I normally think & say the overall length, some do not. Our 16' Scamp was 16' overall. I was assuming you were wanting to stay under 18' overall?

We are looking for a small durable travel trailer. Something that is resistant to corrosion. Similar to a good class c (leisure travel unity) with a dry bath and insulated. Under 18'.
