I'm not sure if mine is built quite like this one but I followed the instructions in this video which use numbers from 0 to say 14 in one direct going up. But they are each 1/2" marks so I think it is the same 10" of WC on my meter would actually be 5 1/2".

I'm hoping it is the regulator.
