Small Gas Leak in Water Heater. Where could it be?

I have an atwood water heater, and occasionally I can smell a light propane smell inside the water heater and sometimes in the trailer. Since it has been much colder it seems to be worse but could be ...

You could only get an 8 on yours?
You had other gas appliances in service?


Yes I tried with and without other things on. I could only get about 8.
