Small Gas Leak in Water Heater. Where could it be?

I have an atwood water heater, and occasionally I can smell a light propane smell inside the water heater and sometimes in the trailer. Since it has been much colder it seems to be worse but could be ...

How old are these gas valves and regulator that need replacing?

Just curious about when to expect similar problems ...

EDIT: Nevermind, see you have a 2005 Jayco. SO 8 year old valves and regulator? Not a very long life if you ask me.
