I really appreciate all the input, my wife and I have been able to start checking out some more options. My F150 doesn't have a tow package so it states pretty clearly max tow 5000, hitch wt 500, and I've towed a boat enough to not want a huge towing ordeal... When I had my campers, I was single part of the time and used to go on Parents without Partners camping trips, most of the people had tents, so it was a huge hit to have fresh baked muffins every morning, and even after I got married, we still used it pretty much every morning. I never used the oven for storage except for the muffin tins :) I bought both the campers I had very used, and the ovens worked for my purposes....
