You shouldn't have to go too stripped to hit $10k, my trailer was $12,500 and has a 13.5AC, 6.3 fridge, indoor/outdoor speakers, power awning, LED lighting, and a big slide. Go a few feet shorter and no side and you probably don't have to give up much to hit the number.
