i have the Clipper 17bh, and we really like the size. our TV is 5,000lb towing capacity though. I think you're pushing the limits a bit with a wrangler jku at 3,500. unfortunately that number is not the only one you need to look out for. What is the payload capacity of the JKU? It should be on a yellow sticker in the door jamb on the drivers side. This is the number I'm closest to going over, and i think a lot of people tend to forget that part. I think you're max payload will be about 1,000lbs, so 2 adults, 2 kids, any gear, plus the tongue weight on your hitch, sounds like it'd be tight.
i'd be happy to answer any questions on the Clipper 17bh, but i think it might be a little too much for that TV.
