Smell in rv

Very true - last month we had to leave our campsite in a hurry and I didn't really get to fill and flush the black tank properly. We paid the price on the next trip. There were probably some solids left behind that just cooked for a couple weeks, creating a horrendous smell that took a couple days to eventually get rid of. At the conclusion of this most recent trip, I filled the black tank full of water, hooked up the TV, and moved the rig back a forth a few times to swish the water around and dissolve any solids before flushing. Hopefully we won't have the same problem on the next trip.
