now that the guy who said it would be hard for a snake to try to get into a 5th wheel that is 18 inches off the ground is something I would have to argue with you on. while fishing on the snake river in Idaho we had a rattle snake come right over the side of the boat and it was at least two feet out of water. snakes came do some weird things and so do we. trying to shoot that snake in a boat is some thing you don't want to do. we used a boat oar. they will go where ever they want to go. don't under estimate them. I have seen guys in Az with guns on their hips with shot in the chambers just in case they run into a snake trying to do something stupid.
