We have kept our RV in the deserts of Southern California, Arizona and Nevada off an on for 40 years. The times we've seen snakes, they were no where near the RV.
That being said, I would like to watch a snake try to climb up to get into to our 5th wheel. The lowest part of the frame is 18 inches off of the ground.
I got a visual picture in my mind of a snake calling over to his buddy...."Hey SSSteve, give me a boossst".
Old thread I know.... but makes me think of the time I saw a snake approx. 12ft to 15 ft up a 2 story wall..... it was a vertical shear wall with no ledges or anything other than the roughness of the T-11 siding. I think he was heading for the attic. Snakes can climb like squirrels!
