Probably has happened, but I've never seen a Rattlesnake (like they have out west) get into an RV. They don't like to climb, and prefer to hide under things. You're more likely step on one if you don't watch where you're going. Having said that, I've seen one rattler in 10 years out in the desert, and that was miles away from the campground.
