This trailer isn't like new so Im really looking for the most cost affordable solution with the best results. Its a trailer I use once every month or two for a few days. I'm thinking that eternabond and dicor sealant are the best initial steps. While doing that I will try and inspect the roof farther. If I could wait till spring to put on a liquid roof that would be best. Im hearing some conflicting things in this thread though.
One poster said that the white top layer is very thin and just cause thats worn through and showing black doesn't mean its shot or will leak soon. Do most agree with that? Or does showing black mean it needs covered immediately?
I know the rear seal looks bad, I agree, I need to get that taken care of right away.
