No, that wasn't even the case at all. He was focused on getting the heck out of there altogether. He was just as abrupt and hurried if my husband had a question.
It wasn't the sales guy- it was someone from the dealer's service dept.
This was certainly more a case of one bad apple because our dealings with the dealer have been quite good otherwise. Not the easiest to get a great price out of but they have been very accommodating otherwise. We both expected this PDI to go much nicer than it did.
He totally skipped how to use the solar panel. When I asked him about it he said he had no clue and to read the manual, which was in the huge stack in the freezer. Ok. No biggie. Get home- no manual or paperwork whatsoever for the solar panel and control system. Argh!
