Absolutely agree that was totally unacceptable. This is a big investment and you should have been given whatever time you needed to be comfortable. BTW, don't use the WH until you're sure there is water in it. DH and I would personally tow that trailer back to the dealer and ask to talk to the top dog. When we recently picked up our new TT, we'd had almost 8 seasons with our HTT and felt like we were pretty knowledgable, but things have changed a lot in those years. Our tech that did the PDI took all the time we needed - close to a couple of hours including going over the hitch after installation and made sure we were comfortable. Sorry your tech might have been late for dinner....put the thing in the microwave and heat it up! You need to make a return visit PDQ!
