Sorry the dealer staff gave you the bum's rush on your PDI. If it was for the trailer in your signature line (Jayco WhiteHawk), that was not at all our experience last year with our dealer (Orlando RV). The PDI was done over 4 hours, the tech. conducting it was wonderful and covered everything. The unit's water tank was filled, trailer was plugged into shore power, the waste tanks were connected to a sewer drain, the fridge was operating with thermometers placed in the freezer and fridge compartment so we could see it was working. No question we asked went unanswered. They also installed our Reese Straitline hitch when the PDI was completed and got it adjusted perfectly. We were very pleased with the service and attention.
