We did the same thing. Removed the couch and put in leather reclining loveseat. It was a choir getting thru the door with 4 or 5 guys helping. Love it !!!!

We paid extra for delivery. So it was 2 or 3 delivery men who actually brought in the loveseat. It came in sections and I already had the space empty and vacuumed.

Because it's so heavy, it never moves in transit. We push it against the wall before the slides are pulled in. It sticks out a few inches from the wall so we can fully recline.
