Soft spot > Subfloor redo > Laminate planks (hardwood look)

During our first camping trip, I noticed a soft spot under the dining table (didn't notice when we purchased camper and there was no smell of mold/mildew). After tearing out bad floor, replacing subfloor and adding some linoleum to keep thinks level, I added new floor and shoe molding (left linoleum in bathroom and added transition strip). We are very happy with our update! Yes, the decor still needs some work, but one thing at a time...
