A few thoughts:
Get yourself a digital volt meter (DVM). They've come way down in price over the years.
Read The 12V Side of Life
Convert your incandescent lights to LED's. There are many threads here about them.
Put a cut-off switch on your radio so there's no memory power draw when it's off.
Make sure the 'fridge door heater is "off."
Advanced boondockers use a Trimetic Battery Monitor to see just where they stand power-wise.
I'm always on an "amp hunt." The next project is looking at the current draw on the hood vent and bathroom fans.
