I put mine on over the winter. for now I did a 325 watt split cell panel, and a renogy 40 amp mppt charge controler. the best thing you can do is find the biggest panel you can put on size wise. make sure you have room for two even. I made a carboard cut out and climbed up and layed it around to see if different size panels would fit and how they would fit.
do yourself a favor and go with a 24v panel and split cell if you can. way more efficient in early moreling or lower light levels. mine wanst prewires, so I ran the wires into the fridge vent on the roof then took off to the battery compartment from there. all togeather it was about 600Cdn for the panel, controler, mounting kit, wiring kit, new battery wires from the controler and so on. I know in the US stuff is a lot cheeper so I would expect you could di it for about 300.
