My 2014 NL has but ONE type 27 (100AH) battery and 2x68W "Peel and Stick" solar panels on the roof.

Our camper has all LED lighting and we can use lights, watch TV, use the Stereo, run the furnace/Fantastic fan at will (along charging our laptops and cellphones+small electronics) and have yet to drop to 50% battery by the time the sun comes up the next AM and the batteries start charging again.
Extended stays dry camping in the summer months is easy. In the dead of winter it might be more challenging as there is not enough light to bring the battery most of the way back up, so when the sun goes down I check the voltage and might have to idle the truck for a 1/2hr to hour to top it off.
