I just did a solar install on my Northern Lite. I too wanted to avoid holes in the roof so I went the flexible panel route.
Here is a shot of it on the roof.

You can still see the painters tape holding down the wiring so the dicor could set-up. I ran the wiring down beside the gray tank vent pipe. It put the wiring on the correct side rather than using the fridge vent on the roof.
The panel is attached using two sided tape and then dicor lap sealant around the edges. I mounted it just off center on the roof so the junction box on the panel wasn't stressed when bending the panel over the peak of the roof. I have room to add at least three more panels if needed but I doubt I will go there.
I also have another flexible panel that I use as a portable. I use an extension cord to locate the panel wherever I need if I'm parked under trees or other shade causing obstructions. I can easily just put it up on the roof as well if no obstructions are present. I have a cord wired into the controller that runs outside for the portable panel and cord to hook up to.
