What you say is true, insurance only covers the TT itself unless you have a policy that runs about $100/mo :(
Here is my sad story.
The only consolation I have is I know who stole mine and he is now BACK behind bars for stealing a tractor. The low life was out on parole when he stole mine.
What I did learn is it's best to shake it off and move on. Life is too short for anything else. We made lemonade by upgrading to a FW. Not a month goes by even now that I look for something only to say 'oh, that was in the Outback'. We accumulated years of stuff and lost it all in a blink of an eye.
