When thieves broke into our TT, generally tore it up inside, stole several items and killed a perfectly innocent 12 year old bottle of scotch we tried to claim for the stolen items on our homeowner's policy. Damages were covered by our RV policy. We were informed that while we had "replacement value" coverage, it was still subject to the deductible which we had set at $1,000. Duh! So homeowners didn't help in our situation.
