and Not CARB legal either. They will not pass Diesel Smog inspection for geting a new registration and there can be fines. Thinking about carrying a spare also.
I think H&S makes one that is CARB legal (does not eliminate the throttle body). Even more at close to $400. A spare is only about $100 from the Ford parts discounters on eBay.
