Hillwood Camping Park is the one I was referring to in VA close to DC.
From a "junk" perspective, I have seen 5th wheels that put more "junk" around them and disregard resort rules so not sure that is a good basis for the discrimination. Nor am I sure there is really any basis for the TC discrimination, like there should not be any based on how old a RV is if it is clean and in good shape.
IMO, there is not a lot of difference between a class C and a TC if left on the vehicle. This rings of discrimination based on stereotypes and illogical assumptions even if the CG is privately owned.
