It's not just TCs. I've had many different campers over the years. Some places wouldn't permit my new Coleman Popup, 2 different Class Bs, a new travel trailer (too small), and my previous motorhome (was 6 years old, 5 years was their limit).
Not a problem though, there are LOTS of other places to take my business.
