Ft. Stevens (NW Oregon) State Park was full, and as it was a spur-of-the-moment trip, we stayed at the Hammond KOA right outside the State Park gate.
1) More expensive than the state park.
2) Gravel site vs. paved at state park.
3) No trees, no shade, no hint privacy.
4) No picnic table.
5) Did have power & water hookups.
6) No dump station... "Just use the dump station at the State Park"
Never been back to a KOA since.
