If you plan to run a heavy electrical load off the truck (winch, off-road lights, large supplemental battery bank, AC inverter), get the dual alternators. Otherwise, you do not need the second one. I hang varying electrical accessories off the truck and like the additional capacity but don't advise it for everyone's use. Get the upfitter switch option if you plan to add extra electrical devices.
The camper package gives you stabilizer bars on both axles and a heavier front spring rate. If it was the F250, it would also give you rear overload springs (already on a F350). If you tow a heavy hitch weight bumper pull or a fifth wheel, the camper package is a good choice. If you plan to add a storage basket to the front of the truck or heavy aftermarket bumper, the camper package will help or you can add the snow plow package to just get the heavier front springs.
A spray in liner has worked best for me, but a thin rubber mat over that spay liner has worked even better.
