I don't think the 2014+ model is a radical change from the 2007-2013 model. Just more squared out wheel openings and a step in the bumpers. It's still a great truck.

As far as a freshening in 3 years, I've come to expect that to be more like after 5 years with the life of a truck design to be around ten years unless it's an ugly and unpopular style. But competition by all manufacturers means more changes and sooner.
