spotted this Travel Queen for sale online

Its a '58 I think? My birthday year ,so the math's easy. 17 years use, 40 put away.

Altadena is sort of on my way to the Burbank house. I'd love to see it, but won't have the time in the near future... :( LOVE the interior!

Near mint though? Why the duct tape on the corners outside and why the worn paint if it's been in a garage for 40 years? Not judging (well maybe a bit!) but it looks a bit worn for being in a garage for 40 years. Perhaps it was stored between trips in the garage but has had a lot of use? I'd still love to see it in person!

ten ft long? from one of the pic it makes it look 30 ft long

40 years in a garage? That will make a fairly simple project for someone.
But, they will need an old truck to make it look cool.

neat but buying something from a place with an email address of john@funkyjunkfarms.com would worry me a bit. :)
