I think you are a bit low in the estimated amount of foam needed. One thing, your ceiling cavity is not 2" at the center. Most trailers have a crown with up to a 6" cavity in the center.
My ceiling does have a slight crown, it doesn't look like 6 inches, probably more like 4".
my thought was not necessarily to fill the cavity but to spray 2" on the whole ceiling.
The Touch N Foam kit from Lowes is an R5.4 per inch, so 2 inches would be just shy of R11, a huge leap forward from the 1" fiberglass batts with large voids.
You guys have given me alot of info to think over.
The Roxul batt insulation looks like a decent option also.
Rigid foam sheets would certainly be a much less expensive option than the spray foam.
