You might also want to check out DIY spray foam kits. There are quite a few vendors out there, and you get everything you need to get the job done. Most have calculators on their sites so you know how much you'll need based on the coverage area and depth of foam.
I have a small walk-in wine cellar that I'm building (5'6" x 11' x 7'6" tall) and that's how I'm insulating it. It's much cheaper to do it myself since it's a small area. There's an added benefit of spray foam as well: it acts as its own vapor barrier! :)
