Spray on bed liner
I was looking at spray on bed liners that you spray on. There is a 2 part system Custom Coat on ebay. Any one use this product?

colliehauler, did you try to cut a deal with any of the pro-installers? Most in my area are more than happy to negotiate, especially when you can show up at the same time they are doing a retail job. My 60" chest toolbox was $80 cash doing this way and my 4'x5'x16" garden dump cart was done for $150. Worth a shot.
