We bought our Springdale bunkhouse last July. We used it quite a bit last year and really like it. Realistically, it's not an expensive luxury trailer, so it's not top of the line. But it's a great value for plenty of fun times.
We have only had three issues so far. On the drive home from the dealership, the floor-mounted table leg brackets pulled up from the carpet, and the table fell over. We decided to replace the pipe-style table legs with folding legs. The rig in your pictures doesn't have the pipe legs, so no worries.
Secondly, the wallpaper near the bathroom was bubbled when we picked up the trailer. It's under warrant, so the dealer is taking care of that in the spring. Lastly, we have blown the fuse to the slide motor 3 times in 6 months. Probably nothing serious, and we had spares with us each time, but the dealer will chase down the problem for us.
Overall, we have been impressed with our Springdale. Similar to the model in your post, we paid $18k for ours. There is certainly room to negotiate. Good luck!
