ST205/75R/14C Tire Choices - Not Too Many Choices

Kumho Radial 857 or Maxxis M8008 seem to be my best choices in a 14" tire. (2014 Keystone Bullet 246RBS) How do I find the PSI limit of my Arc Wheel rims? I've looked all over them and don't see ...

Since the max psi on the Maxxis will be 50 I probably don't need a high pressure metal valve but some of the tire monitoring systems I have looked at recommend them for the sensors.
