The Fashion Statement Crowd drives short bed trucks. Before 1/2 ton crew cabs, it was the "old" short bed at 6.5'. Since they started offering 1/2 ton crew cabs, they are moving overwhelmingly to the "new" definition of short bed at 5.5'.
