I saw the AC is an 8000 btu which is better than the 5000 btu my friends Jayco has which is the same size trailer, that and your experience eases my concern.
I don't think the tanks will be much of a problem, I am single and camp with friends who have their own campers so it will just be me using it.
My Coachmen has the electric light water heater, I guess I can adapt.
