Is there a site that would list items needed for your first time out with a new rv, like wheel chocks, leveling blocks, etc? I have an idea what I need, but it would be nice to have a check list or s...

The problem with such lists is that people later figure out that they don't really need or use half of the stuff that's on it lol. What may be important to some may not be to you. There's some basics like a power cords and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, chocks, leveling and blocks or wood that's essential to just about everybody.
For the most part you'll find out what you really need as you go along. Like others have said, spend a night in your own driveway and it will become apparent. I always tell people to spend a night in WalMart's parking lot. It's away from the comforts of home, a really good test for the trailer's systems, and if you need something then chances are you can just run into the store and get it.
