With no idea of the weight of your new TT. It's hard to give suggestions. A so called 3/4 ton may be just what you need, or it may be over kill, as a 600 lb tongue weight leads me to believe the TT weighs in the 5000 lb range. In which case a 1500 (150) would do just fine.
Also with a TT that light. There would be no need for a diesel, UNLESS you just want one. So, I'm thinkin more info is needed.
