I thought the MC was the same size as Ford and GM's crew cabs?
I don't know the measurements but I think the Mega is roomier; I know that that was the case when they introduced the MC and to my naked eye it doesn't appear that the Super Duty or Chev/GM crew cabs have grown since.
Could be wrong...
