I had the same problem when I towed a small TT with a Grand Cherokee and a Equalizer hitch. After making a turn onto the Interstate it felt like the hitch would bind up, causing me to correct with the steering wheel. I would induce a little sway and it would free up and I then tracked straight. I started Lubing the L brackets (Recommended by Equalizer with a disclaimer the Anti-sway would be diminished) and I no longer had the problem.
X2. I had the EXACT same problem last year when I first started towing my TT with the Equal-I-zer hitch. Basically, after a good turn, the steering wheel would seem to "seize" in that direction a little bit. The hitch was brand new and was also very noisy. I went and got some of that red grease from Walmart, lubed both the top and bottom of the hitch head where you insert the WD bars, then lubed the L-brackets, and the noise went away as well as the steering angle issue. There is a video about where to lube the hitch, I just don't have the URL at the moment. That should fix your issue.
