After making the drive twice from Seattle to Anchorage this spring (once part way on the ferry from Prionce George to Haines) I wouldn't worry about beating up your truck or trailer any more than any other road trip.  Yes there are plenty of stretches especially during the spring you have to go slower with a load or trailer (had both) but you dont get to see much doin' 75 down the hiway.
I had zero flat tires (knock on wood) and zero issues.  One truck new, other one over 100k on it.
If anything I'd suggest using a better vehicle to lessen the chance of the odd ball break down.  Services are few and far between, and not cheap I expect.
If you pulled a TT that was not loaded down to axle and tire capacity I'd forsee no more inherent problems than any other road trip.
