To me, that would be as close to an ideal as I could find for a trailer. The only real modification I'd have in place would be a reinforced steel bar (or bars) that I could use to slide in place ad secure the RV style door to keep it from being pried open. That way, if one is in the trailer, they can get out no matter what (remove bar, open door), but someone on the outside would have to go through the locks on the rear ramp door in order to get in if the bar (or bars) is/are in place.
If I wanted to get fancier, I'd probably add a solar charger, a decent battery, trailer vents, and a Fantastic Fan, just to keep the rig bearable when stored.
