Curious how they attach the siding to the frame? Rivets, high bond tape, or urethane adhesive?

The reason I ask is it looks like a steel frame with aluminum siding, which is exactly how we built our camper. When my wife saw the pictures at a glance, she thought it was taken in our garage :-)
