We're a family of three with a dog bigger than my smallest child (and who travels complete with his own bed, blanket and coat). We have an Outback 250RS, with 2 bunks up front, and a rear slide. I put plastic shelves with drawers (not mounted, just slide in the closet) from Lowes in the bunk area hanging closet. This gives me 4 drawers - generally enough for each child's clothes (except maybe sweatshirts etc). In the other hanging closet I did the same for my clothes (I overpack....the husband rarely gets to put his clothes in here). There are 4 cabinets in the bed area where we store 'extra' clothes (an outfit for each of us) that we leave in the camper all the time. Husband puts his clothes in a 'Thirty-One' large utility tote (basically a big rectangle bin bag of sorts) and slides it under the bottom bunk. Shoes go in another 31 bag, and dirty clothes go in the last one, all under the bunk as well. Most times I bring the clothes from house to camper in these bags, and it all goes back in the house the same way.
What ever toys/games they want to bring goes at the bottom/foot of their bunks.
You'd be surprised what kinds of storage you can come up with if you're creative and organized.
