I store my TC in my backyard. I place a cement square then wood square under each foot of of the TC, each foot of sawhorse that has 3/4" plywood to help support the TC. I haven't had any problems except when I want to load the TC I need to make sure the ground is dry. I keep it plugged in to electrical.

Assume it is too soft. I’d add gravel or pavers with 1 ft square stall matt or plywood under the jacks.

When I park th MH on the grass for a long time it makes the grass look harder.

Not sure what word 'looking' is supposed to be. It will kill the grass.
