I store my boat with the bow elevated because it has a hole in the stern for water drainage. Checked my camper; no hole. ;)
Seriously though, regardless of how you store your camper, there are going to be pros and cons to it. Besides, what are you calling "high"? One inch? A foot? An inch or two or three shouldn't make any difference, other than ensuring the water runs off the back of the unit and doesn't puddle around the A/C or vents.
