Axel problems from being over-loaded come from bouncing down a road, pot-holes, cornering one way or the other. It's the added stress that does them in.
I would store with all tires pumped up to maximum (side wall pressure). This will account for possible added weight on some, and less chance of the tire deflating enough to loose the bead while sitting stored. Easy to happen in northern climates when temperatures drop in winter.
While we are on the storage subject. Checking the RV once a month while stored for: battery state, roof leaks, tire checks, critter problems, etc., is always a good idea.
