Mine is pretty much like this, fence post, rain gutter, dowels to create sections.
I mounted it with heavy zip-ties (UV Safe variety) and just added a couple more ties for the new season. I got mine as close as I could to where I'll be using it. I put drawer pull handles on the caps, drilled a couple of holes for ventilation/pressure equalization and use some small bungee cords to hole the caps in place.
Mine is divided into 3 sections. The curb side section has a spare 10' hose, the middle section has an expandable garden hose and nozzle to be used for cleaning up after dumping, and the street side has the primary 10' hose. Our bumper holds a 5' spare, since often when I need more than 10' the 5' is the perfect addition. Angle connectors and supports are in a dedicated bin.
