While camping I looked up to notice a rock sitting on my roof hung in one of my vent covers but visible from my skylight. It was about the half the size of a golf ball. Unclear how it got there although there was lots of construction between Western Washington and Yellowstone with quite a bit in one section of Yellowstone.

So far the strangest thing I have found on the roof is myself. Not much stranger than me out there.

How bizarre! Maybe it came off a trucks duals? At least it didn't go through a window or something.

We were on our way to a camping rally and while sitting at a red light I could hear birds squawking. I thought it was just birds outside somewhere. When we were setting up at the rally we heard birds again. DH climbed up on the roof and discovered a family of 6 baby starlings in a nest deep inside our A/C. He managed to get them all out and they ran around the ground for a few hours. Soon we noticed a flock of starlings also in the field - next morning all the babies were gone. We wondered if the mature starlings ate the babies or "took them under their wing" as they had no mother to teach them.

Just found a big hole in the skylight over the shower, no idea when/where it came from. Good thing for Etenabond!

I have my TC covered with a tarp when parked and there was small puddle of water after rain where a maple tree seed landed and sprouted very quickly,was about five inches tall so I replanted it into the ground...its amazing what a hot roof and bit of water can do in very short time..

This hurt a lot!!! Wasn't just on the roof, but through the roof as well.... Does that count?

I found a cordless drill on the roof. I just bought it and I guess the previous owner took off something before he sold it and forgot the drill. Yes, I returned it.
